What Is The Cheapest Price I Can Pay For A Cricut & Where?

The lowest I’ve seen the Cricut for is $199.99 at Michaels. The percentage off coupons do NOT work at Joanns or Michaels on the Cricut products. They both clearly state this at the bottom.
