other people on this site have said that walmart sells the machine for $169 – but, does that include a cartridge?

Try checking other websites for comparison prices. Shopzilla, Amazon, are two sites for comparing prices and finding the best price. Sometimes I pay a little more from a store near me than to drive 60 miles for an item that is $10 cheaper…I spend that in gas! So, factor your gas expense and shipping costs if you have it sent to you against the higher cost you may pay by shopping locally.
