I recommend putting in a new blade before you cut. That way you don't ruin a new vinyl peice by cutting with a dull blade. Vinyl is sold at any major scrapbooking store. Michaels, Hobby Lobby, sometimes found in Walmart, Memories, etc. I usually find it is cheaper if you but it off the net. Yes the Cricut machine will cut vinyl.
